Strengthening Financing for NCDs in the Africa Region through UHC and PHC: A Dialogue with the Financing Accelerator Network (FAN) for NCDs<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

To address the need for improved NCD financing in low- and middle-income countries, Access Accelerated and the World Bank are partnering on a new initiative: The Financing Accelerator Network for NCDs (FAN). FAN seeks to address the health financing-related needs of country governments and on-the-ground implementers of NCD programs by providing regional platforms for cross-country learning, flexible funding, and knowledge generation and sharing. This work will be carried out by a network of regional NCD Financing Accelerators\u2014demand-driven and responsive innovation platforms.<\/p>

This session is an opportunity for NCD planning, financing, and service delivery officials from African governments and a broad range of global, regional, and national stakeholders working on NCDs, UHC, or PHC in the African region to discuss key NCD financing challenges, success stories, and priorities.
