Taking place over three days from 13 to 15 February, the Forum consisted of an official programme complemented by a rich agenda of activities.<\/p>\n

The official programme was structured around three key sub-themes (Inspiring Leaders, Mobilising Sustainable Financing, Powering Up Communities) which served as the guiding framework for plenaries, interactive sessions and workshops.<\/p>\n

Hallmarks of the Forum programme were its focus on success stories and \u201cwhat\u2019s working\u201d in the NCD response, showcasing pioneering and innovative solutions from the community to the global level to prevent and treat NCDs, and practical policy and advocacy strategies to respond to the challenges and barriers remaining.         Le panneau d'orateurs de la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re d'ouverture \u00e9tablira le contexte r\u00e9gional des MNT, en soulignant le contexte politique r\u00e9gional des MNT et de la sant\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, en examinant les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9gion depuis la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union de haut niveau des Nations unies (UNHLM) en 2018, en mettant en avant le leadership et les meilleures pratiques dans la mise en \u0153uvre, et en explorant les d\u00e9fis qui restent \u00e0 relever avant l'UNHLM de 2025.<\/p>\n

        Cette premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re sera l'occasion de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse mondiale apport\u00e9e \u00e0 ce jour aux MNT et de se projeter en 2025, qui marque un tournant d\u00e9cisif : la date d'expiration des objectifs mondiaux actuels en mati\u00e8re de MNT et la prochaine r\u00e9union de haut niveau des Nations unies sur les MNT. Elle examinera les gains et les progr\u00e8s obtenus de haute lutte dans la pr\u00e9vention et le traitement des MNT, les d\u00e9fis et les lignes de fracture qui subsistent pour 2025 et au-del\u00e0, ainsi que les transformations et les innovations n\u00e9cessaires dans le domaine des MNT dans le contexte d'une polycrise complexe. Cette s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re pr\u00e9sentera les dirigeants qui sont en premi\u00e8re ligne et qui font la diff\u00e9rence en faisant progresser les politiques et les solutions efficaces, des d\u00e9cideurs gouvernementaux aux activistes de base, et analysera les motivations, les catalyseurs et les strat\u00e9gies utilis\u00e9s pour apporter un changement syst\u00e9mique dans les MNT.<\/p>\n

        Cette deuxi\u00e8me s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re examinera le d\u00e9ficit d'investissement mondial et les solutions de financement pour les MNT, qui constituent une priorit\u00e9 majeure pour la r\u00e9union de haut niveau des Nations unies de 2025. Les MNT restent l'une des priorit\u00e9s de sant\u00e9 mondiale les plus sous-financ\u00e9es, avec une inad\u00e9quation flagrante et persistante entre le fardeau et l'allocation des ressources mondiales et nationales.         La troisi\u00e8me pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re examinera le r\u00f4le et l'importance vitale des communaut\u00e9s pour faire avancer la lutte contre les maladies non transmissibles. Elle examinera les bonnes pratiques et les possibilit\u00e9s d'exploiter la valeur de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et des communaut\u00e9s, notamment en cr\u00e9ant des environnements favorables, en mettant en place des m\u00e9canismes de gouvernance inclusifs et en encourageant la participation sociale. Cette s\u00e9ance pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re encouragera les strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 rendre op\u00e9rationnelle la participation significative des personnes atteintes de MNT et \u00e0 tirer parti du cadre de l'OMS sur la participation significative des personnes atteintes de MNT, de maladies mentales et neurologiques, ainsi que de la charte mondiale de l'Alliance MNT, en tant que ressources essentielles pour le plaidoyer.
