The 2025 Global NCD Alliance Forum built on the success and legacy of the previous ones held in 2015, 2017 and 2020 in Sharjah, UAE, under the patronage of Her Highness Sheika Jawaher Bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Wife of the Ruler of Sharjah, Founder and Royal Patron of Friends of Cancer Patients (FoCP). Following a break necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic, 2025 marked the 4th Global NCD Alliance Forum and the first Forum to take place in sub-Saharan Africa.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Le Forum 2020 a \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9 sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab R\u00e9duisons les \u00e9carts \u00bb, en vue d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les efforts mondiaux pour traduire les engagements politiques et la rh\u00e9torique en action et en mise en \u0153uvre aux niveaux national et local. Le Forum s'est concentr\u00e9 sur trois catalyseurs cl\u00e9s du changement pour combler les lacunes dans la r\u00e9ponse aux MNT : acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les politiques et les solutions transformatrices, cr\u00e9er une demande d'action par le biais des mouvements sociaux et des voix du changement, et renforcer la responsabilit\u00e9 par le biais d'une gouvernance transformatrice et inclusive.<\/p>

L'un des r\u00e9sultats remarquables a \u00e9t\u00e9 le document de discussion intitul\u00e9 Bridging the Gap: From global promises to local progress<\/a> qui a mis en \u00e9vidence les lacunes prioritaires dans la r\u00e9ponse aux MNT en mati\u00e8re de plaidoyer, fa\u00e7onnant ainsi les th\u00e8mes de la Semaine d'action mondiale de la NCDA depuis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

En 2017, le Forum s'est r\u00e9uni juste avant la troisi\u00e8me r\u00e9union de haut niveau des Nations unies sur les MNT en 2018. Sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab Acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le mouvement sur les MNT : faire de 2018 une ann\u00e9e qui compte \u00bb, il avait pour objectifs de parvenir \u00e0 un consensus sur les priorit\u00e9s de plaidoyer pour la prochaine r\u00e9union de haut niveau, de faciliter la planification des campagnes et de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s du r\u00e9seau des MNT.<\/p>

Les sous-th\u00e8mes comprenaient le plaidoyer pour la pr\u00e9vention et le contr\u00f4le des MNT, le d\u00e9cloisonnement et le partage d'outils et de strat\u00e9gies de plaidoyer et de mobilisation. Un r\u00e9sultat important a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'\u00e9tablissement des priorit\u00e9s de la campagne de la NCDA pour la R\u00e9union de haut niveau de l'ONU sur les MNT de 2018.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Le Forum inaugural de 2015 a marqu\u00e9 un tournant dans la mobilisation de la communaut\u00e9 des MNT et de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, suite \u00e0 l'adoption des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) des Nations unies, qui incluaient les MNT parmi leurs cibles. Sous le th\u00e8me \u00ab Plaidoyer et responsabilisation en mati\u00e8re de MNT pour l\u2019apr\u00e8s 2015 \u00bb, le forum visait \u00e0 plaider en faveur des MNT dans le cadre du programme de d\u00e9veloppement durable et a rassembl\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois des alliances nationales et r\u00e9gionales. Les sous-th\u00e8mes comprenaient le plaidoyer et la reddition de comptes, le d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel et les partenariats pour la r\u00e9ussite. Un r\u00e9sultat important a \u00e9t\u00e9 la formulation de la D\u00e9claration de Sharjah, qui souligne l'engagement de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile des MNT \u00e0 soutenir l'agenda des ODD.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
