The Strategy Hub has been established as a dedicated space for strategic advocacy and campaign planning meetings, bringing together civil society groups and key communities. This room will be available for use by Regional Alliances and members, the Our Views, Our Voices advisory committee, the youth delegation, the Advocacy Institute, and Civil Society delegates.
Availability
The meeting room will be available from Thursday, February 13 to Saturday, February 15, from 09:00 to 18:00 each day.
Room details
Meetings in the Strategy Hub will be organised in 30-minute intervals and can accommodate up to 24 participants. The room is equipped with a TV screen for presentations and a flipchart for taking notes.
Regional Alliances can book up to two 30-minute slots per day at any time. However, to avoid conflicts with the Forum’s programme, we recommend booking the following available slots:

Once you have chosen a time that suits your delegate’s needs, confirm the booking by completing a brief form. Upon completing the booking process, a confirmation email will be sent to you, providing details of your reserved time.
