Opening ceremony
The opening ceremony will be the first official session of the Global NCDA Forum, with remarks from high-level leaders from co-hosts (NCDA, Rwanda NCDA, and the Government of Rwanda), the primary sponsor of the Forum, and WHO. This session will welcome delegates, share the vision and objectives of the Forum, and set the scene, emphasizing the catalytic potential of leadership on NCDs towards the High-Level meeting on NCDs in 2025 and beyond.
